Access denied on group creation by registered users

When filling in the survey and adding an initiative, the user is presented with an access denied page, as reported by @jean.aillon :

degrowth.net_accessdenied

This is probably related to wrong permissions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
