Survey in multiple languages

The survey needs to be available in multiple languages. Translations of the originating survey proposal have been contributed by several members of the Support Group.

Drupal 8 core provides supports for multiple languages. Nevertheless, the site needs to be prepared for providing a multilingual interface and content. The Drupal 8 Multilingual initiative and this document can provide some guidance.
