Entrance page for users

After logging in, the user should be presented with an appealing entrance page, so that he is invited to fill in the form with initiatives and their places. The page should contain following elements:

a short introductory text
an action button for filling the survey (possibly two buttons, for private and public groups)
a view of the number of submissions
the menu entries provided on #5 (closed)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
