Raw spreadsheet needs to be cleaned

Location information is not standardized and often lacks precise information on location (e.g. only country, comments within, etc.). Furthermore, there is personal data, which needs to be filtered out before being published.

Tasks:

• clean-up non-standard multi-line fields
• remove the first 2 rows from file
• personal data is to be hidden, superseded by #9
• record instructions for data cleaning
