Ghost blogs for candecreix and arts

Two new Ghost blogs have been suggested by @francois on 06.01.2019:

• candecreix.degrowth.net
• arts.degrowth.net

They will be simple reflections of what we know already from housing.degrowth.net.

We need to

• set up the sender addresses blog@arts.degrowth.net and blog@housing.degrowth.net for the ghost@degrowth.net maintenance account
• set up DNS A, MX and SPF records both for arts. and candecreix.
• verify DNS records at @ns2.ecobytes.net and via a public resolver
• set up ZFS dataset and fill with application template
• configure, activate and test the applications at https://arts.degrowth.net and https://candecreix.degrowth.net
