Bootstrapping the Can Decreix blog

In degrowth.net#27 (moved) @francois gave us instructions on how to set up candecreix.degrowth.net:

For can Decreix it would be like a blog, similar to housing for degrowth, but it would be great to have some post that are permanent with basic permanent info about can Decreix.

@francois Please use the basic setup screen for

• creating an account at https://candecreix.degrowth.net/ghost/

We will then also create an access for us (by other means), and help you with setting up posts and pages, plus eventually a dedicated design.
