Removal of bad/malicious IP peer reviews
Some IPs received very bad peer reviews obviously undeservedly. Either some peer reviewers did not understand the review process, were unable to operate the interactive interface, or were just plain malicious and spiteful. I am referring to the marks 1 1 1 1 no 1 unchanged from the inital position on the drop-down menus. Options:
- make a list of all such Reviews, identify session tag (number), identify name of the reviewer and send the list to Ponder to remove those reviews from database. The IPs affected then have to be treated as if dropping down in number of PRs to 1 or 0, and dealt with in issue #137 (closed)
- Additional ERs are used deliberately to boost the average rating of those IPs upward (creating a higher average irrespective of their content). Special check is then applied to see if the IPs have been rejected because the rating was not raised high enough. This is a less elegant solution.
