Colour legend on the scheduling page
put a colour legend at the bottom of schedule page (or top) so that many coordinator users know what different colours and frames of the events mean. Are we going to use the colours for track/theme at all in the final public schedule?
Current colours as suggested in an email: The Background-Color is depending on the type of conflict the system has found surrounding the event: If one of the Speakers has no availabilities set, the Conflict-Level is "warning" and the background becomes yellow. Also, if a Person is not available at the scheduled time(determined by the Availabilities) the conflict level is also "warning". If two events are in the same room at the same time, the conflict level is "fatal" and the background is set to be red.
Yay! We know what the conflicts are!
How are we going to mark the different states the sessions are in? Right now we can schedule sessions that are "accepted" and at this point in time "accepted" means: unconfirmed, confirmed, paid.
What color do we want to have for the different states? How to distinguish between state-highlightings and conflict-highlightings? (Maybe use a border-color? No border = paid, and then two other colors for confirmed/unconfirmed?)
