Malmö adaptations broke submission review

Please investigate the following errors:

• “We’re sorry, but something went wrong. We’ve been notified about this issue and we’ll take a look at it shortly.”
  shows while trying to view someone’s submission
  for example while accessing scriptum as an admin and trying to click “show” on someone’s submission it gives that error message (#205 (closed))
• If submitters attach file instead of filling space for Detailed description in the review section reviewers cannot view the attached file
• All of the buttons under Actions are not working in the Reviewable Sessions section
