Content coherence in review process

• Regional contextualisation (in the review rating section) does not fit our conference concept - this needs to be deleted completely
• Please assess on scale 1-5 how relevant the proposal is to the conference theme (1-12) under which it is submitted - better to use just "the conference themes", numbers (1-12) are not needed especially considering the 22 themes and more being discussed at the conference
• Statistics are missing Poster presentations and Special sessions, the total number does not much
