Remove subcategories matching on Expert Review

Expert review is not possible for Malmö conference neither from front-end or back-end. We've decided to use Budapest structure for expert reviewing, however because Budapest expert reviewers were assigned to specific sub-categories before they could access relevant submissions Malmö cannot provide their expert reviewers with the whole list of finished submission.
