Template user dashboard to conditionally embed tickets widget

Embed the ordering widget into scriptum, visible for users with accepted papers. This involves HAML templating with some ruby logic.

This task requires developer time.

  • Add pretix widget css and js to header
  • Add widget embed code to CfP dashboard
  • Add condition to show only to users with accepted sessions
  • Improve text inviting to buy ticket
