Menu sublevels break responsiveness of the template and hierarchise content a lot
We had chosen a simple and flat organised template for our content. During the work on the site we also added a hierarchical menu to the site, which is not responsive and is not encouraged for mobile-first design.
Having less menu hierarchy also means needing less clicks to reach out to different content. Imagine the help link on http://ecobytes-website.apps.allmende.io/ wouldn't show a link to documentation upon click, but redirect immediately to https://help.ecobytes.net.
We could investigate content organisation schemes that (1) are organised in a "flat hierarchy" and (2) do not need too many individual categories (pages). Some of the individual links to individual pages could for example be mere sections on a responsive vertically scrolling page.
Additionally the submenus only work when third-party JavaScript is allowed on the site, given one uses some aggressive ad-blocking like uMatrix.
How do you want to see the site grow @mbakonyi @gandhiano @yova ?
