Visual design feature: Bleeds

As a visitor, I want to see some pictures bleed out of the grid in order to feel good.

As an author, I want some pictures and background tints to bleed (like in a magazine) so that there is some visual variation.

As a designer, I want a consistent API to set bleeds so that it's easy to define bleeds within our design system.

• Pictures and block backgrounds can bleed into empty space like in a printed magazine
• Authors can activate and deactivate bleed for every block/image
• The existing design system API is extended by functionality that enables bleeds (probably in Color because it's orthogonal to all other modules)
