Only documents with status published are rendered

While the current development effort relies around ground work for stabilising the platform, data flow and style, we didn't spend much time on content editing workflows.

Recent developments around automating page rebuilds of the live deployment #40 (closed), 43 bring new perspectives on the current page build, including better understanding of our workflow states. These were previously not considered for choosing what to render on the page:

This is probably just a parameter in the GraphQL query defining a collection.
