This is the first attempt to build the Gartenkarte 2017 for Berlin.
It does the following:

- remove bower components from git tree
- move JSON files to `data/` subfolder
- move text files to `docs/` subfolder
- document investigation about SPARQL queries used in various forks of the transformap-viewer,
  starting with *transformap* and *susy*, but continuing with *stadtlaborgraz* and *davidste*
