The bare metal host koala.ecobytes.net has reached EOL. Its design patterns have been superseded and the number of running workloads continues to diminish.

As a system administrator, I want to migrate all services from koala to a new baremetal, so that we have a more stable and performant host.

Acceptance criteria

• Each migration is documented by a story in issue form.
• Migration of user domains is communicated and coordinated with them.
• The services continue to be operational.
• Service operation is tested and verified.
