This commit implements a rewrite of the rename branch that ONLY focusses on necessary changes for making its purpose work.

Changes:

* githooks don't need file extensions
* gitignore omits npm-debug.log
* Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml for Docker and Docker Compose
* config changes to environments
* npm prestart hook for ensuring database credentials
* poi meta model from @species
