MR preview environments

During presentation of fix: activate nodejs for `elm-watch hot` to sho... (!5 - merged), @upsiflu expected to be able to run pipelines. The following message has been received that describes the intended and the actual behaviour of the application:

Und noch eine Frage: 3. Ich hab jetzt einen MR ( git push origin HEAD auf der CLI statt UI ausgeführt, um fix-branch zu pushen und daher MR-Link erhalten) aber keine pipeline und kann ich keine starten.

The pipeline that was expected was probably one that creates a test run of the build and uploads it as an artifact, which can be reused for a quick and dirty preview environment.
