Joining of expenses in tabular view

@Caro suggested to have a checkbox next to each expense in the tabular view and a special button for joining them. This would replace the join (former include in) functionality in the edit expense modal.

As only abstract expenses need to be joinable, there is no need for having editable cells. A b-table with checkable property seems to be appropriate for this.
