WIP: ♻ Deployment mechanics, close #69
The course of action before #69 (closed) removed the tracking of the live deployment through a submodule in a dist folder. Here we introduce new ideas to
- test if live deployments happen from master
- explicitly confirm if deploying live from another branch
- keep track of the git revision hash of the deployed version
- forge the live deployment case to mirror in https://lab.allmende.io/solidbase/app.solidbase.info
