Apply as recipient/consumer

As a recipient/consumer I want to register with my address on the food bank, so that I can receive food in the future.

Als Empfänger möchte ich mich mit meiner Adresse bei der Tafel registrieren, um in Zukunft Lebensmittel via Lieferung erhalten zu können.

Acceptance criteria

• A registration form for a recipient exists.
• An API endpoint exists for pushing the data to the backend.
