Assignment of Reviewers to Subcategories

• Admins can assign users to subcategories
• Admins can mark one of these subcategories as active
• Only reviewers users with the role "reviewer" in the conference can be assigned to subcategories
• Only four subcategories can be assigned to a reviewer

Reserve Sessions for Review

• Reviewers can "reserve" submissions for review
  • Submissions have to be in the active subcategory of the reviewer
  • Only two submission can be reserved by a reviewer
  • Reviewers can't reserve own submissions
  • One submission can't be reserved twice by the same reviewer
• Reviewers can unreserve ("free") a submission, as long as they did not review it yet

Review

• Only possible if submission is reserved by the same reviewer
