Deployment

Jon Richter requested to merge deployment into master

master should always match the version that is running.

Currently we only have one deployment, which is frab.apps.ecobytes.net which is in sync with this now. Once we have #41 (closed) ready, we can set up another domain for public facing deployment under the degrowth.org FQDN as a subdomain.
