protege generated spec html

Lots of files generated by local protege installation, to replace the essepuntato spec, which is no longer available. Thanks to @bhaugen for doing the local installation and generation.

Note: There is a bug (probably) in this, which required modifications to the turtle file to make it generate at all. The bug was that if there is a property with a unionOf for the domain which also has a range that is not in VF, it wouldn't work. This caused the Class list not to display. I created a file with some fake owl classes as a work-around. Not the best but definitely better than nothing.
