First cut agent role enhancements.

Fixed up labels, added hard-coded behaviors (the AgentRelationhipRoles are user-definable). The behavior individuals are definitely a first cut. Feedback welcome! Noting that the individuals can be added to later; the more important thing now is the data structure.
