add pyLODE html

This was created with pyLODE through:

python3 -m pylode all_vf.TTL -o all_vf.html

It is to be taken as a suggestion for #680 (closed).

It also changes the wording of vfspec a tiny little bit, in order to avoid the "Click here" statements.
