remove vocab/ directory

closes https://github.com/valueflows/valueflows/issues/35.

i plan to bring this back once i have capacity to deliver on a single source of truth for the vocab which is used to generate derivative truths.

happy to wait on above until the vocab is more stable, since these files got out-of-date with all the recent changes.
