Updates from several recent PRs for ValueFlows. Hopefully not a problem to combine them.

Did only the knowledge, planning, observation modules, not queries and not mutations yet. Please do these if you can @pospi , otherwise I'll get to them later.

Note I did this by comparing with the UML diagram. Re. this https://github.com/valueflows/vf-graphql/issues/46, I think all the images I know we need are actually there already, because I was trying to notice any missing properties. Could be double checked though.
