Npm publish commands

pospi requested to merge npm-publish-commands into master

This reconfigures the repo for an idiomatic NPM publishing workflow.

Awaiting access to the VF NPM org from @elf-pavlik before this can be finalised in a 0.3.0 release tag- Ideally we can get that done before #59 but if not, I can always fork a 0.3 branch off master prior to the merge.
